SpeakUP! 2008!

SpeakUP! is a conversational English camp for university students. We won't teach any grammar or usage at the camp. Instead, SpeakUP! will give you a chance to practice the English you already know. To attend you must be able to speak English at an intermediate level.

SpeakUP! will be a great opportunity to spend a week with a group of American university students and learn English from native speakers. You'll have the opportunity to learn about the American culture and discuss topics that are relevant to your life.

This year's theme is "Everyone Has a Story, Come Tell Yours!" We will discuss topics such as hope, tragedy, heroes and pursuit in the context of our own personal stories. At SpeakUP! we will address these topics from a Christian perspective. Yet everyone, regardless of personal beliefs is welcome.

This year we will offer two different opportunities for you to come SpeakUP! The first week will be held July 13-18 and the second July 20-25. All camps will be in Risan, Montenegro. The cost for the entire camp is only 100 euros! This includes all of your food, lodging, supplies and materials for the camp.
