NapoMUN is an academic simulation of the United Nations, a Model United Nations (MUN) organized in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. MUN simulations help participants to develop better skills in communication, conflict management, public speaking, multilateral diplomacy, cultural awareness, etc. In short, NapoMUN is here to provide you with a wave of long lasting experiences!

Each participant will take the role of a delegate representing a country. Delegates have to promote and protect the interests of their country during the debates in the chosen council. You can also choose to be a journalist and closely monitor the debates.

The fee for each NapoMUN participant is 130 Euros. Deadline for the payment is 15th of August.

The following expenses are covered for each NapoMUN participant:

• Participation and registration to NapoMUN 2009
• Accommodation for 5 nights (20-24 September)
• Lunch throughout the committee sessions (21-24 September)
• Coffee Breaks throughout the committee sessions (21-24 September)
• Opening and closing dinners
• Social activity
• Welcome package
• Printed materials

NapoMUN does NOT cover the following expenses:

• Your travel costs to and from Cluj-Napoca
• Transport costs in Cluj-Napoca city
• Your personal expenses

Important to know

Please make the payment only when you are officially accepted at NapoMUN 2009 by receiving a message from us. In the message you will be invited to make the payment and get additional information that you might need.

Please take notice of the possible bank transaction fees that might occur while transferring the participation fee to us. You must cover these expenses or the fee will be incomplete. Failure to make the payment in time and in full amount will exclude you from participating.

Your participation will be confirmed when we received your payment.

The fee is non-refundable.
